  3. A User who does not agree to the changed Terms may stop using and delete the App. Continuing to use the App after the effective date means the User agrees to the changed Terms.

Article 5 (Services)

  1. The Company provides the following features in the App:
    • Creating and managing Spaces
    • Keeping one photo and a note for each day
    • Viewing Entries as a year's circle and a calendar
  2. The App is provided free of charge and has no sign-up or login.
  3. The Company may add or change features. If paid features are added, the Company will show their details and price before the User pays.

Article 6 (Storage of Entries)

  1. Entries are stored only on the User's device and are never sent to the Company's servers. The Company cannot access, keep, or recover a User's Entries.
  2. Entries stored on the device may be lost if the App is deleted or the device is lost, broken, or reset.
  3. Whether Entries are included in device backups (iCloud Backup on iPhone, device backup on Android) depends on the operating system and the User's settings.

Article 7 (User obligations)

  1. Users must keep only photos and notes they have the right to use.
  2. When sharing Entries with others, Users must not infringe the portrait rights, privacy, or copyrights of anyone in the photos.
  3. Users must not reverse engineer the App, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Article 8 (Ownership)

  1. Users own the rights to the photos and notes they keep. The Company neither receives nor uses them.
  2. The Company owns the rights to the App itself, including its design, software, and trademarks. The Company grants Users the right to use the App for personal purposes under these Terms.

Article 9 (Changes to and end of the service)

  1. The Company may change or stop providing all or part of the App where operationally or technically necessary.
  2. If the Company ends the App, it will announce this in the App or on the web page 30 days in advance. The Company does not delete Entries on the device when the service ends.

Article 10 (Limitation of liability)

  1. The Company cannot recover Entries stored only on a device that are lost through loss, failure, or reset of the device, deletion of the App, operating system behavior, or similar causes, and is not liable for such loss unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
  2. The Company is not liable for failing to provide the App due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters or policy changes by operating system or app store providers.
  3. The Company is not liable for disputes between a User and a third party arising from the User sharing Entries.
  4. This Article does not apply to the extent applicable law does not allow the Company's liability to be limited.

Article 11 (Privacy)

The Company does not collect Users' photos or notes. To improve the App, it sends only usage records about how the App is used to Google Analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Article 12 (App store terms)

  1. If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies together with these Terms. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply together with these Terms.
  2. These Terms are an agreement between the User and the Company; Apple and Google are not parties to them. The Company is responsible for maintaining and supporting the App.

Article 13 (Governing law and disputes)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any lawsuit between the Company and a User shall be brought in the court of first instance having jurisdiction under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
